Leadership

Siân Feuillade, Founder & Managing Partner

Throughout my career as a HR leader, I witnessed first hand the immense potential for individual growth and development within organisations. I often played a significant role in designing and implementing various talent programs and initiatives. While these initiatives positively impacted employees, I felt a desire to go beyond the surface-level changes and truly make a profound and lasting impact.

This desire was rooted in recognising that intrinsic value and potential in senior executives often goes unfulfilled. Leaders are not solely the product of their education, background and experience; they are also unique individuals with aspirations, dreams, and often untapped abilities waiting to be unleashed. I wanted to play a more direct and personal role in guiding them toward realizing their full potential.

Richard Lowther, Founder & Managing Partner

After decades working with senior teams in sector leading global organisations, the difference between a sustained successful venture or damning failure is the quality of leadership and their ability to elevate organisational performance.  Those who role modelled their behaviour, made things discussable, and created the environment for others to be successful won through.

They honed and continually adapted the culture to meet change, and importantly they knew their role was not to manage. To paraphrase Peter Drucker, they did the right thing, and their managers did things right. Too frequently, the leader and manager roles blur resulting in organisational apathy or chaos, both of which kills performance.  I am motivated by helping business leaders to equip their organisation for growth and success.
