Growth through effective people strategies.

Some employees are destroying value. Others are building it.

According to recent McKinsey research, more than half of employees report being relatively unproductive at work. Employee disengagement and attrition could cost millions a year in lost opportunity.

High growth organisations invest 2.6 times more than low growers in intangibles, such as people investments, and firms that prioritise people and performance see a ROIC of 28% compared to typical performers at 6%; they also report a lower employee attrition rate of 5%.

We are a talent advisory firm offering an integrated approach to leadership hiring, talent management, culture and organisational performance. The observation that teams with the best talent, and equipped with the the correct tools, structures and practices thrived compared to those that did not, quickly turned into a talent advisory consulting firm.
